download from here
there should be directions in it.
If no directions this is them.
To run the program, double-click on the application with the Purple Gem icon.
If it does not work, that means you have an older pc, which does not have .Net Framework 3.0 on it.
Only newer pcs have this automattically installed on them, including Vista.
To download .Net Framework 3.0, run the "dotnetfx3setup" program (you might need to google it if its not included). Might take a while, so give it some time.
Once you have that downloaded, you are able to open up the program.
When it's opened, you need to edit your rules. You can do this by going to "Menu" at the top, and click on "Edit Rules".
First, decide rather you want to use the pre-made rules, or you want to use your own custom-made rules. When you decide, click on one of the two radio button choices.
If you chose the pre-made option, choose which rules you would like to use, by clicking on the checkbox beside the rule. If you chose the custom-made rules, go to the bottom where there is a while, blank box, and type your rules. Any keys that require the SHIFT button to be held down, will not display when spamming your rules (ECT: !, @, #, $...)
Once you chose what rules you want to use, go back up to the top where you choose which type of rules you wanted to use (the two radio button options "pre-made, and custom rules"), and click on the "Save" button.
Once you saved your rules, open up Diablo 2, and press "F9". These rules are ment to be spammed before each of your chaos/baal games, not in channels.
To close the application, simply click on the red "X" at the top-right corner of the program.
To change the background of the application, go to "Options", "Background", and pick the Baal or Chaos background. More background will be added in the future.
To view the Runeword database, go to "Tools", then "Runewords". The database shows the name of the runeword, the runes in the correct order, what type of item the runeword can go into, and the stats of what the runeword can have.
To find the runeword, you can either type it in the box, or you can pull down the drop down arrow, and select it.
To use the scratch sheet, go to "Tools", then go to "Scratch Sheet". This can be used for writing down accountnames, or other info.
To view how many people are using RS, go to "Tools", then go to "Who's Online"
